MR PORTER DOES ORIS

MR PORTER and ORIS, leading Swiss Watch Manufacture, just announced their partnership by launching a curated selection of ORIS timepieces available for sale on MRPORTER in the US and UK beginning July 19th 2016.

ORIS, founded in 1904 in Hölstein, Switzerland, prides itself being an independent watch manufacture, who offers ‘real watches for real people’, with each timepiece marked by its innovative and distinctive design as well as a red coloured rotor – the signature symbol of ORIS mechanics.

MR PORTER will launch ten timepieces across the Aquis, Heritage Divers, Pro Pilot and Big Crown families, including the Carl Brashear Limited Edition model. Two additional novelties from the Pro Pilot collection will be available on MR PORTER later this year.

The ORIS range on MR PORTER will cater to a variety of performance and sports, equipped for activities as diverse as diving and aviation, and for casual dressing in the everyday.

Price range will range from £780 to £3,500/$1,250 to $5,600.
The collections are available to view on Tuesday July 19th HERE

About Oris
The Oris story began with two pioneering watchmakers, Paul Cattin and Georges Christian. In 1904, they arrived in Hölstein, in the foothills of Switzerland’s Jura Mountains, with an idea. They wanted to manufacture high-quality, industrially produced, and sensibly priced watches. Oris started with 24 workmen and saw rapid expansion to over 300 employees within seven years. Some 112 years later, the founders’ philosophy is stronger than ever. The current Oris collection is full of innovative, functional, beautifully designed watches intended to bring years of pleasure.
